Customer Success Manager Position
As our Customer Success Manager, you will be both the front line of support for our individual users and enterprise clients, as well as the mastermind behind developing our community. Our customers are at the cutting edge of their profession and it is your job to help make them successful with Flux by providing them with best in class technical advice and mission critical support.
You will be intimately familiar with our product (and the tools with which Flux integrates), and educate others through articles, how-to videos, documentation, webinars, live presentations, workshops and other outreach efforts through a strategy you will design and deliver. You will be responsible for running the user support rotation schedule, creating a strategy to optimize the process and track success metrics. You will be involved in providing on-site training for our users and represent Flux at conferences, giving you an opportunity to travel to some of the most exciting cities on earth.
You’ll work closely with our Product, Application Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to produce and curate content, playing a key role in communicating user feedback internally. You will have the opportunity to grow your own software programming skills through working with our SDKs and developer community to promote Flux as a platform for App development.
Requirements
- Background in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction
- Deep experience using at least one AEC design or documentation tool with which we integrate (Revit, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Rhino, AutoCAD or Navisworks)
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects from early planning through execution
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Strong empathy for our users
- Strong writing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized
Strongly Desired
- Teaching experience
- Metrics-driven mindset
- Passion for teaching and educating others
- Some scripting or software development experience
- 2+ years industry experience in Architecture, Engineering or Construction
